Kinnaly Lao Traditional Music & Dance Troupe is a non-profit cultural arts program of the Pom Foundation based in Seattle, Washington whose mission is to preserve, promote, transmit, and educate about the Lao arts.

Kinnaly was founded in 2002 by Pom Outama Khampradith and is now managed by her original five students, plus one. Over the years, Kinnaly has grown tremendously and today is comprised of over 50 Lao-American youth who come together every Sunday in Burien, Washington for traditional Lao music and dance classes.

The Kinnaly program continues to carry on their founder's legacy and focuses on fostering a community for Lao-American youth to preserve, promote, transmit and educate about Lao art.
