Ajarns' Farewell Baci Ceremony

Please join us for a baci ceremony for the 4 ajarns from the Lao National School of Music & Dance as we wish them farewell, best wishes, and pay our respects before they depart to go home to Laos and close out our 2017 Cultural Exchange.

The baci ceremony is open to the public. Please feel free to share and invite others who may also want to give their blessings and pay their respects to the ajarns before they leave.

If you'd like to contribute to the baci ceremony, please feel free to bring food trays, non-alcoholic beverages, or bottled water.

The Baci Ceremony will include:
-Blessings & Prayers
-Wrist Tying Ceremony
-Food & Drinks
-Dancing & Celebration, YAY!

Lao Wrist Tying Ceremony
During the baci ceremony, a white (symbolizes purity) thread of silk or cotton is tied on the right hand wrist of the individual who is being wished for their well being and good luck.
